Breakfast

Meaty chocolate pancake; Beef bacon, raw cocoa pancake served with maple syrup

Wakey wakey omelette; Three eggs omelette topped with tomato coloured zucchini,onion, bell pepper garnished with coriander (NF)

Signature Smoothies:

Honey be good; (banana/mango/fresh orange juice/almond milk)(V)

Lunch

Egg white spaghetti omelette; Three egg whites topped with yellow and green zucchini, bound in tomato almond sauce

Forest mushroom onion stew; Served with cauliflower fritters

Dinner

Yummy tings; Braised beef short rib in sweet onions, celeriac, forest mushrooms and garlic, flavoured with thyme and garnished with beef bacon. (EF, NF)

Butternut squash and kale savoury cake; Squash bound in kale, egg, parsley served with house dressing and turmeric fennel (NF)

Cleanse Option:

Am pretty; (pears/green apples/spinach/mango/banana (V)
