Breakfast

Delicious detox; organic kale leaves, red cabbage, carrots, char grilled broccoli, and almond flakes served with lemon emulsion (V)

Iron man veggie; sweet potato toast served with smashed avocado, beef bacon, spinach, poached egg and herb pesto

Signature Smoothies:

Sweet sunrise; (Raspberries/ Fresh orange juice/ Banana/Fresh mango/ Almond milk) (V)

Lunch

Roasted celeriac soup with bacon crumb; roasted celeriac cooked in rich coconut cream and served with beef bacon sand (EF)

Butternut squash tagine; moroccan style pumpkin stew served with herbed cauliflower couscous (V)

Dinner

Poulet stuffed sweet potato; free range chicken, spring leeks, field mushrooms, coconut cream infused with tarragon and mustard (EF)

Seasonal spiced vegetables dosa; served with pickled carrots, roasted tomato chutney

Cleanse option

Vegan broth; field mushrooms and white onion, flavoured with mixed herbs (V)
