Breakfast

Samba salad: Fresh leafy spinach, shaved pickled carrots, served with radish, apple and mango dressing (V)

Sago coconut porridge: Quinoa, sago, desiccated coconut, honey, banana & almond milk, topped with fresh berries

Signature Smoothies:

Mango blast: (banana/mango/fresh orange juice/almond milk) (V)

Lunch

Chicken cacciatore: Free range chicken, cooked in rich tomato sauce , served with charred cauliflower rice (EF)

Sweet aloo gobi: Sweet potato, cauliflower cooked in cumin seeds, onions, curry powder, cinnamon,

flavoured with fresh coriander leaves (V)

Dinner

Tropical salmon: Pan fried salmon, bound in red and white quinoa infused with wasabi, topped with mango salsa (EF)

Plancha barramundi; Asian sea bass served with charred cauliflower, served with pomegranate gremolata (EF)

Cleanse Option:

Big bang: Pears/green apples/spinach/mango/banana (V)
