Breakfast

Riders pancake, mushrooms, beef bacon and caramelized onion pancake topped with date chutney

Kuku Sabzi, fresh chillies, free range eggs, fresh garden herbs frittata, spring leeks and leafy spinach (NF)

Signature Smoothies:

Sunshine, (carrots/fresh pineapple/banana/ginger/cashew nuts/orange juice)(V)

Lunch

Tom kha gai soup, rich chicken stock, chicken thigh, coconut cream, lemon grass and infused with lime leaves (EF)

Chicken meatballs, mixed quinoa, curried cauliflower, sauteed kale, fresh parsley served with tomato sauce (NF)

Dinner

All-in-one duck, confit duck leg served with wilted savoy cabbage, orange roasted root veggie, beetroot, celeriac, garlic and onions, garnished with chopped parsley (EF, NF)

Baked salmon, wilted spinach served with pesto roasted vegetables (EF)

Razzle dazzle, (banana/fresh/pineapple/coconut milk/mango/raspberries) (V)
