Breakfast

Iron man veggie; sweet potato toast served with smashed avocado, beef bacon, spinach,

poached egg and herb pesto

Morning magic; Blanched red and white quinoa, bound with honey fresh mango, almond milk and a torn of forest berries (V)

Signature Smoothies:

Tropical treat; (Banana/honey/strawberries/coconut milk) (V)

Lunch

Fresh catch of the day; Pan fried barramundi with cauliflower couscous, grilled zucchini, served with cherry tomato and avocado salsa (EF, NF)

Vegan stew; Fresh tapioca, carrots, leafy spinach, red onion cooked in coconut cream and fresh herbs (V)

Dinner

Baked salmon & wasabi quinoa; Wasabi flavoured red and white quinoa cooked with onion, garlic served with coconut lime emulsion (EF)

Pattaya prawn and crab cake; Crab meat, prawn, chilli and parsley panned with quinoa, served with zingy slaw

Cleanse option

Green blender; (Green apple/celery/cucumber/kiwi)(V)
