Breakfast

Holly molly pancake, fluffy pancake topped with beetroot and confit duck

Vegetable scotch eggs, soft boiled eggs bound with seasonal vegetables, soft herbs served with autumn piccalilli (NF)

Signature Smoothies:

Red root detox (beetroot/honey/carrot/ginger/coconut milk) (EF, V)

Lunch

Roasted plum tomato soup, slow roasted plum tomatoes, cooked in vegetable nage, celery and white onion, drizzed with fresh herb oil (V, NF)

Quinoa so good, white and red quinoa, arugula salad, dried cranberries, avocado, almond flake, cashew ricotta dressed in balsamic (EF)

Dinner

Spiced chicken, leafy spinach, sweet potato and cassava stew (EF)

Karate chop beef, cauliflower/ broccoli/ spring onion/ beef jus (EF)

Charred aubergine salad, with honey spiced onions, pomegranate, cashew nuts, mango, dressed in lemon dressing (EF, V)
