BEERY ACAI

Eating your fruit and veggies is way better when they taste like dessert and this smoothies would go perfectly with one of our healthy snacks. Served cold, shelf life 2-3 days and good for 10 persons.

INGREDIENTS

  • Raspberries 100gms
  • Blueberries 250 gms
  • Blackberries 250 gms
  • Coconut milk 500 ml
  • Honey  150 gms
  • Banana 10 gms
  • Clean drinking water 1000 ml
  • Acai berries puree 300 gms

METHOD

Step 1 Weigh the berries as per recipe and place in a clean container.

Step 2Wash the berries and sanitise with fruits sanitiser.

Step 3Place the berries in a food processor add coconut milk, honey, acai berry puree and banana.

Step 4Blend till all the ingredients are incorperated together.

Step 5Add eight to ten ice cubes and blend more.

Step 6Pour in a glass and serve cold.
